RETURNS POLICY DETAILS

We strive very hard to be sure that you are pleased with your order. Understanding that sometimes circumstances dictate that a return is necessary, we have adopted the following policy on all returns:

•  If returned within 14 days of purchase, you are allowed a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Recording products, which include all CD products, solo CD's etc, cannot be returned if the shrink wrap plastic has been removed.

•  In order to return your items, you must first contact our office and receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization code (RMA code). Once you have done so, you will receive further instructions on how to return your merchandise.

•  Please be sure to double check your order before finalizing the order process. Items returned in any condition suggesting damage by the customer may be subject to additional charges.

•  If for some reason we have made an error in making your order, or your order has gotten damaged during shipping, please contact as soon as possible and we will be glad to correct the mistake at no cost to you.
