SHIPPING METHODS

We currently offer 4 shipping options for all orders placed online. Each type along with a brief description is listed below. Please note - Delivery time estimate begins at the time the order is completed and ready for shipping, not the time the order is placed online. We strive to get orders out within one to two days of the order being placed.

•  U.S.P.S Priority Mail ® - U. S. Postal Service Priority mail delivery which typically averages 2 to 3 days . Delivery Confirmation # available for verification of delivery only.

•  FedEx® 2 Day - Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas. Tracking # given to customer upon request.

•  FedEx® Standard Overnight - Overnight weekday delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses. Tracking # given to customer upon request.

•  FedEx® Priority Overnight - Overnight weekday delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most addresses (by noon or 4:30 p.m. to other areas). Tracking # given to customer upon request.

PACKAGING METHODS
Each order will be packaged in materials that meet 2 requirements.

•  Carrier requirements – Depending on the method of delivery chosen by you the user during the ordering process, materials sufficient to satisfy the requirements of that carrier will be used to deliver your order.

•  Product safety and care – Reasonable care will be taken in packaging your order to secure and protect the contents until delivery is made to you. We cannot be held accountable for items destroyed by the postal carrier once the product is in their care. But in the event of damaged products, we will work with you expeditiously to get a new product shipped out to you.
